New Return Policy Effective April 1, 2005:
Total customer satisfaction is the policy at GirdleBound. We'll help you make the right selection in the right size. If we don't have it we'll tell you where to find it. Please contact us if you have any problem with your order and we'll cheerfully refund your money for your unworn garment if you are still not happy. Return unworn garments for refund or exchange. Cost of items fully refundable within 4 weeks of receipt of goods. No returns or exchanges after that time. Send a message to girdlebound@girdlebound.com for approval of exchanges or refunds. No refunds for shipping and handling charges unless we have made a shipping error or you find damaged or sub-standard goods. Panties and open packages of stockings are not returnable. Dyed items are refundable less the cost of dyeing.

You may use your major credit card through our secure server system. You may use your major credit card through Paypal's secure system, which is integrated in our shopping cart pages, or you may send a money order or personal check in US dollars - Please obtain confirmation by email, fax, or voicemail of stock availability and total charges before sending any funds.
